This is my first time buying a Cadisen and I do not think these problems are due to the box being crushed; but, rather Cadisen's quality control. I say this because I ordered a second Cadisen that came in the same shipment and it also has a lose bezel even though it's box is perfectly fine and intact. I think I will stick to San Martin, Miltado and Pagani....never a problem with those.
Except for that, it's great for the price.
However, there is no response to sending an email to The Cardison side.
Note that the two-year warranty is a lie.
I'll try it
Top watch finish and quality bracelet very easy to adjust.
