Watches Warranty Coverage
Your Cadisen watch is covered under a two-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty ensures coverage against defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use and conditions.
What’s Covered
The warranty applies to the following components:
- Watch movement
- Hands
- Dial
If defects are found in these components under normal use, Cadisen will either repair the covered parts free of charge or replace the watch. In the event of a replacement:
- The same model cannot be guaranteed if it is unavailable.
- A watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
A printed copy of the original purchase receipt is required to process warranty repairs. To send your watch for repairs, please click here.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Defects or damage to the battery, case, screen/crystal, strap, or bracelet, including plating.
- Damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or aging.
- Water damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions for the watch’s water resistance level.
- Products not purchased from authorized retailers.
Additionally, the warranty is void under the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by accident or negligence by anyone other than authorized service agents.
- Unauthorized repairs or servicing.
- Altered, removed, or obliterated serial numbers, product date codes, or other tracking marks.
