Free Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days for order processing.
  • Delivery Time:
    • 6-8Days for United Kingdom,Germany,France etc
    • 7–14 days for most countries.
    • 15–20 days for India,African countries etc.

Expedited Shipping Options

  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others.
  • Cost: $20–$30 extra.
  • To select expedited shipping, choose your preferred option at checkout.

Shipping Timeline

  • In-Stock Orders:
    • Typically ship the next business day unless otherwise noted on the product page.
    • Tracking numbers provided within 2 business days.
    • Shipping confirmation email sent upon dispatch.
  • Pre-Orders and Backorders: Refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page.

Carriers: Orders are shipped via 4PX, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow 1–2 business days for the carrier to scan your shipment. Estimated delivery dates are for reference only.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Shipping

  • Order Cancellation:
    • Cancel within 3 hours: No fee.
    • Cancel after 3 hours (before shipping): 5% processing fee of the watch cost.
    • Wrong model ordered? No fee for the original order if a new order is placed.
  • Change of Address: Free of charge.
  • Replacements or Exchanges: Free of charge.

After Shipping

  • Order Cancellation:
    • Rejecting a shipped package: 10% cancellation fee of the watch cost.
  • Change of Address:
    • Successful address change: $10 fee.
    • Unsuccessful change and package rejection: 10% reshipping fee of watch cost.
  • Replacements or Exchanges:
    • Successful exchange: $30 fee.
    • Unsuccessful exchange and package rejection: 5% reshipping fee of the e-bike cost.
