At Cadisen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, please review our policy below:
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the delivery date. To request a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and resellable .
- All original items, including the original packaging, must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Note: Returns requested beyond 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at hi@wristfull.net We’ll promptly assess the issue and provide a resolution.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact us at hi@cadisen to request authorization.
- If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: Cadisen is not responsible for shipping costs incurred by customers returning packages independently.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom watches are not for return if not functionality issues
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Items damaged due to human error.
- Special orders.
- Giveaways or free items.
- Sale or clearance accessories
- Additional purchased accessories (please ensure compatibility before completing your purchase).
Shipping & Handling Fees for Non-Quality Returns
For returns that are not due to quality issues, shipping and handling fees will apply.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds
- Using Our Return Label:
- Our warehouse requires 5 business days to inspect the returned item.
- If the returned item matches the original description, a refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- Self-Shipped Returns:
- Provide a delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name.
- After the package is delivered, allow 5 business days for inspection.
- If the item matches the original description, a refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.
Important: If the model or condition of the returned item does not match the original order, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct a reasonable amount based on parts loss or damage.
Refund Deductions
- If discrepancies are found during inspection, a deduction will be applied. The deduction amount will depend on the extent of loss or damage, determined reasonably by Tandorio.
